Karma Kandara blends traditional Balinese architecture with luxury amenities to create a series of private villas, each formed from pavilions arranged around their own tropical courtyard and private pool. The two, three and four-bedroom villas feature natural stone, teakwood decks and indigenous grass or ironwood tile roofs.
The Residence at Karma Kandara (Karma Villa Maria), feature over 822 sqm (8847 sq ft) of pure luxury. With airy, spacious rooms highlighted by modern and traditional designs. Five en suite bedrooms are split acrosss 2 levels, with an incredible master bedroom on the second level with dramatic ocean vistas.
The lower level features the oversized living room, a dining table for ten, floor to ceiling windows which open out onto an exspansive private terrace with outside dining, BBQ and an oversized infinity pool. Located on the cliffs edge, this is the ultimate experience for families and small groups.
